REIChat.AI integrates seamlessly with WhatsApp using Meta's official API. Please note that business WhatsApp numbers may incur additional costs depending on your location and message category, as billed by Meta. Follow the steps below to connect your WhatsApp number to your AI Agent.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access AI Agents

On the left-hand side of the screen, click the dropdown menu labeled AI Agents (Chatbots).
Step 2: Open "My AI Agents"

Under the AI Agents (Chatbots) section, select My AI Agents.
Step 3: Choose Your AI Agent

A list of your AI Agents will appear in the center of the screen.

Select the AI Agent you want to integrate with WhatsApp by clicking the blue View AI Agent icon next to it.
Step 4: Go to Integration Settings

On the AI Agent settings page, navigate to the Integrations tab.
Step 5: Select WhatsApp Integration

In the Integrations section, locate and select the WhatsApp option.
Step 6: Authorize WhatsApp Access

Click the Authorize with Facebook button when prompted.
Step 7: Log in to Facebook

You will be redirected to Facebook's login page.

Enter your Facebook credentials to continue.
Step 8: Grant Permissions

Facebook will display authorization options.

Follow the prompts to grant full access for the AI Agent to connect with WhatsApp.
Step 9: Return to REIChat.AI

After granting permissions, you will automatically be redirected back to the REIChat.AI platform.
Step 10: Enable Your Bot

Toggle the activation switch under the Action section to enable your AI Agent.

Once enabled, the bot will display as Active and begin interacting through WhatsApp.
Important Notes and Warnings
Important Notes:

You cannot use a number already linked to Personal or Business WhatsApp with the integration.

To proceed, you will need to either:

Remove your current number from Personal or Business WhatsApp, or

Use a new number, which is the recommended approach.

Warning:

If you set up your existing number with the WhatsApp integration, it will be taken over by the AI Agent. You may lose access to it for other purposes. Plan carefully before proceeding.
