1. Go to the REIChat.AI homepage

2. Click "AI Agents (Chatbots)"

3. Click "Create a new AI Agent"

4. Fill out all of the information
- Name: This internal name helps you identify the AI Agent. It will not be visible to your leads.
- Display Name: This is the name your leads will see when interacting with the AI Agent.
- Initial Message: This greeting will be displayed at the start of every conversation.
- Conversation Starter/Suggested Messages: These are clickable prompts to guide your leads.
- Pop-up Type: Choose between the initial message pop-up or the chat widget pop-up.
- Initial Message Pop-up Delay: Set the time (in seconds) for displaying the initial greeting.
- Model Version: Select the version of ChatGPT you want your AI Agent to use.
- Base System Prompt: Define your AI Agent’s persona and instruct it on how to respond.

5. Click "Show Advanced Settings" (OPTIONAL)
Proceed with caution; altering these settings may impact your AI Agent’s behavior. Below are key options:

Prioritize Question/Answer Results: Fine-tune responses to focus on precise answers.

Temperature: Adjust the randomness of the AI’s replies.

Message Template: Customize the message format sent to ChatGPT.

Support Email: Override the default support email with a custom one for your chatbot.

Domains: Specify the domain(s) where the AI Agent will be embedded.

Enable Streaming: Activate for faster responses via streaming.

Show Data Sources in Chat Widget: Display the data sources used for responses.

Debug Mode: Enable to view query search results and API data for troubleshooting.

Enable Audio Features: Allow audio input and output in your chatbot.
Note: It is recommended not to modify advanced settings unless necessary or instructed.

6. Click "Create AI Agent 🚀"
Once all fields and settings are configured, click Create AI Agent to finalize the setup.
