One of the most important aspects of using the REI Chat platform is its ability to generate leads for your business from the conversations it has with its users.
It can collect data and attribute that data to different users in two different ways.
Lead Form Before the Chat Conversation: This is the “typical” lead generation form you would expect to see asking you to enter your name and/or email address prior to the chat session starting.
In-Chat Data Collection: This is where you can have the AI agent ask the user to answer a question (or multiple) during the chat conversation. This allows for the data to be extracted from the chat conversation and then sent to any CRM or platform for management and follow-up.
Lead Webhook URL
Paste in the URL that is generated from the platform that you want to send data to and paste it into the Lead Webhook URL. When enabled, lead data will be sent to the specified URL upon collection. When a new lead is collected, we will send an HTTP request, with JSON data to this URL.
